Intro

Jennifer is the visionary esthetician and owner of Roselux Spa, a luxury skin care wellness spa offering a unique blend of personalized treatments, professional waxing, handmade-soaps, and professional grade skincare products. Jennifer's journey into the beauty industry began during the covid pandemic in 2021, where her passion for skin care and product development evolved into a thriving business that now offers high-tech custom treatments and focuses on elevating the skincare experience 

Challenges & Goals

01. Rejuvenate The Brand:
Roselux's brand was established early in Jennifer's career, but its visual identity had not evolved with the business. The brand's previous visual presentation was outdated, lacked cohesion, and no longer reflected Jennifer's vision for her business. The primary goal was to rejuvenate and modernize it's visual identity to ensure that Roselux communicates effectively and that it would resonate with her audience.  

 

02. Development of a New Website & E-Commerce Experience:
The existing website was difficult to navigate and the absence of an e-commerce platform meant missed opportunities for online sales. The new website needed to provide a user friendly and smooth shopping experience while maintaining brand consistency.
 

03. Strengthening Brand Alignment:
The goal was to re-align and unify the brand's visual identity, ensuring that every brand touchpoint reflects the same high standards for Roselux's brand presentation. 
 

Process & Design

Brand Workshop:

The project began with an in-depth discovery phase to understand her vision and identify the gaps in the old brand. 

Visual Identity:

New visual identity that included a new logo design, color palettes, typography, and graphics. 

Website Design:

Website prioritized user experience to ensure the design was not only visually appealing, but intuitive and easy to navigate. 

Brand Guidelines:

A comprehensive brand guide was created to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and maintain brand integrity as her business continues to grow.
